Alice Carter is an illustrator, animal lover, and dream chaser. Over the years, she has worked as a puppeteer, an art teacher, and a caregiver for orphaned baboons. Alice loves sharing her imagination and believes in the power of a great story. Alice has illustrated many picture books, including the Pierre & Paul series, Angus All Aglow, and My Puppy Patch, which was short-listed for the Jean Throop Book Award. Alice lives in Ottawa, Canada, with her favorite humans, a magical old cat, and a very goofy puppy. Good Morning, Sunshine! The Joey Moss Story is her eighth picture book.
